I'm wondering what the strengths of these resumes are. My first impression was "whoa, too much information!" and this was for an intern position.

Assuming you already looked at the MBA resumes - afraid not at the moment.

What I take away from these is a value of content over presentation -- not that the presentations are necessarily bad, but it seems obvious why these people "landed the job."

It might be more interesting to see the resumes of people with more mediocre qualifications who also managed to get in.

All posted resumes are from folks that were in college when they wrote them.

The way companies do internships now, having a 3.7 GPA means you could leave the rest of the sheet blank.

I'm an undergrad CS student, and I've been looking for an internship for months. After applying to over 80 companies, I was given one interview (from Microsoft) and was turned down after it. Probably because it went to the 3.9+ GPA, 7 courses a semester, Presidential Scholar down the hall from me who didn't even want it.

What would you suggest for someone without such great credentials that needs an internship?
